Refresh & Restore morning Retreat 7th July 2018

Come and join Paula on the morning of the of 7th July for a morning just for you…. find peace and calm through a variety of Yoga practices.

You will leave feeling refreshed, calm and clear.

This retreat morning is suitable for all as every pose and sequence can be adapted to suit the individual. With Yoga you simply work at your own pace and enjoy what you can do without worrying about what you can’t!

You will have the opportunity to develop your practice during a varied morning session. We will combine some Hatha Flow Yoga designed to build flexibility, stamina and strength.

You will then move on to some beautiful relaxing restorative poses, followed by a deep meditation called yoga nidra  which is a passive experience where you simply lie down and rest in the sound of my voice talking you through a deep meditation which helps realign you on an energetic level.

In the Restorative Yoga practice you will relax your body deeply whilst being supported by bolsters and other props to maximise your ability to release tension and stress. It is an excellent form of Yoga when you are feeling anxious, low in mood, run down, exhausted and generally under the weather as it helps to strengthen the immune system and calm the nervous system.

We will finish the morning with the sounds of my gong and crystal bowl.
